Magic of Dual Duty

Here's how we create the perfect drivetrain.

Today’s enthusiast asks their car to live two very different lives. We want our builds to be more than capable of competitively partaking in motorsports, without losing the refinement required to feel street-able. Reaching true optimization for both purposes in one component is no easy feat, but achieving this goal is our benchmark for each of our components. This means leveraging superior alloys for supreme strength, carefully selecting both bushing compound and shape, and having no expense spared in our intentional engineering choices. We think of ourselves as NVH-conscious, not NVH-blind: striking an impressive competitive edge in performance without losing sight of the reality of a dual duty car.

Drivetrain Design Philosophy

Superior Strength

It's no secret that drivetrain components are often under harsh treatment, that's why we exclusively use 7000-series alloy for our drivetrain components.

Titan Frost Ti

We believe that podium worthy parts should look as good as they perform, and that means incorporation of our iconic Titan Frost Ti for our drivetrain hardware.

Dual Duty Durometer

We spend a tremendous amount of time optimizing the integration of our bushings to each mounts design, the result is the joy of a true dual duty experience.

No Compromise

7075-T6 / 7075-T73
6061-T6
Strength & Rigidity
Significantly higher tensile and yield strength, maintaining precise geometry under drivetrain load and torque shock. Ideal for mounts and braces where deflection directly impacts drivetrain response.
Adequate for general use, but more prone to elastic flex under high load, which can introduce compliance where rigidity is required.
Fatigue Resistance
Superior fatigue performance, especially in T73 condition, allowing components to endure repeated load cycles without micro-deformation or long-term loosening.
Lower fatigue threshold, meaning long-term use can lead to subtle changes in feel as material compliance increases over time.
Dimensional Stability
Holds tolerances under heat, vibration, and sustained stress: critical for drivetrain alignment, NVH control, and components requiring the utmost precision.
More susceptible to creep and dimensional drift in high-stress, high-vibration environments.
Application Intent
Purpose-built for aerospace and motorsports-grade load paths where failure or flex is not acceptable. Overkill by design, because drivetrain components shouldn’t be the weak link.
Optimized for ease of machining and cost efficiency rather than absolute performance in high-load drivetrain applications.
