Returns and Cancellations

All products sold by Happy Racer Development ("HRD") on happyracer.com are subject to the following return and cancellation policies.

Return Process

Returns may be authorized for unused/uninstalled products within 14 days after delivery of your order. To request a return please email support@happyracer.com with your order number and details about your request. Once your return has been approved, you will be assigned an RMA number.

The following rules apply:

  • Products must be in original packaging and in brand new condition
  • Products that were used, installed, mock-fit, or partially installed are non-returnable
  • Products missing their original packaging are non-returnable
  • HRD will provide you a return label with insurance
  • Once a label is provided you have 5 business days to drop off at the courier (Fedex, UPS)
  • All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee

Non-Returnable Products

HRD will not accept returns of products that fit the following categories.

  • Products that are missing their original packaging
  • Products that have been used, installed, mock-fit, or partially installed
  • Products that have been ordered with customizations
  • Products that are not in brand new, resellable condition

HRD does not accept returns of our products directly if purchased from one of our dealers or distributors, as these orders will fall under their individually managed return policies.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

In the event that you receive a product that arrives defective, damaged, or is otherwise incorrect, please contact our service team at support@happyracer.com as soon as possible. Do not attempt to use or install the product while we review your claim.

All defective or shipping damage claims must be reviewed by our technical team to confirm the damage is not a result of improper installation, abuse, or intentional destruction. In the case of a shipping courier (Fedex, UPS) causing damage, we will begin a claim with the courier directly.

Order Cancellations

Your order may be cancelled up until the time a tracking number has been generated and it has been handed off to the courier. Once an order has shipped, you must go through our normal return process and all applicable rules will apply.

We do not accept cancellations of made-to-order or otherwise customized products. All customized product sales are considered final at the time of purchase.

Refunds and Credits

Upon the successful completion of the RMA process, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. The refund amount will be composed of your original purchase price minus any applicable restocking fees. An email confirming the completion of your RMA and refund will be provided for your records. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to reflect on your account, depending on your financial institution or method of payment.
