Technical Specs
This component is precision machined from 7075-T6 aluminum, which has a significantly higher tensile strength (about 74,000 psi) compared to 6061-T6 aluminum (about 42,000 psi). This superior strength makes 7075 better suited for tools subjected to high loads or stresses, such as those measuring mainshaft thrust, where precision under pressure is critical. The clamps are bead blasted and finished in Midnight Navy with Type II anodizing, providing both an attractive finish and added protection against wear and tear. Titan Frost Ti hardware is also included with the tool.
