Product Information

Overview

Vacuum lines on a turbocharged or supercharged setup can turn into an unorganized mess fast. The HRD Modular Vacuum Block features four ports, allowing for easy organization of your vacuum and boost reference for your turbocharger, blow-off-valve, wastegate, fuel pressure regulator, or other accessories. Securely fasten this component with ease to your car's engine bay with the included titanium M6 bolt.

When installing the HRD Modular Vacuum Block on a Honda K-series setup, you can conveniently bolt it directly onto the RBC intake manifold, under the throttle body.

This modular vacuum block consolidates multiple vacuum or boost signal lines into a single, organized unit. This reduces the need for separate fittings, T-connectors, or complex routing, simplifying the engine bay layout. It ensures all components requiring vacuum or boost pressure, such as boost controllers, fuel pressure regulators, blow-off valves, and gauges, have a reliable and consistent source of pressure.

Our vacuum block ensures consistent and even distribution of vacuum or boost pressure to all connected components. This is crucial for performance-critical devices such as boost controllers and fuel regulators that depend on stable signals. It eliminates pressure fluctuations that can arise from poorly routed or overly long vacuum lines.

Having a central hub makes it easier to inspect, troubleshoot, or replace individual vacuum lines or components. This reduces downtime during maintenance or future upgrades.

The HRD Modular Vacuum Block contributes to a clean and professional-looking engine bay by eliminating the clutter of disorganized hoses and fittings. This is especially important for show cars or builds where presentation is as important as performance. Let form meet function.

Dual Duty Design
The modern enthusiast asks their car to live two very different lives. It has to start every morning, survive traffic, and stay quiet enough to hold a conversation. Then, on demand, it has to feel sharp, confident and absolutely ready to hunt lap times or podiums.

At Happy Racer Development, that tension is not a problem to hide, it's the foundation of our Dual Duty philosophy. From dampers to drivetrain mounts to shifting hardware, every HRD component is engineered to operate across a wide spectrum of use, delivering real performance without sacraficing the ability to actually live with the car.

Refinement without loss of drivability is where Dual Duty truly differentiates itself. Anyone can make a part that feels extreme for a few laps; our goal is controlled, repeatable performance that you can live with every day.
